PLEASE NOTE we cannot accept returns of personalised products
Products must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging.
Once we receive the product/s we will refund the value of the goods returned by crediting the amount on your credit card or, if you prefer, we'll send replacement products.
The process of returning products is divided into four stages:
1° step: request to return the goods following exercise of withdrawal through a written communication to our Customer Services department2° step: sending an authorisation note from our Customer Services department
3° step: ship the goods from you at your expense and your responsibility
4° step: verifying the integrity of the goods and refund to your credit card. Alternatively, if requested, we will proceed with the replacement of the product.
